Initial Consultation & Vision Development: One-on-one meeting to understand your style, preferences and vision for your big day. Creation of a personalized wedding plan and theme that matches your unique style.
Budget Creation & Management: Helping you establish a budget that fits your needs and goals. Ongoing monitoring and adjustments to ensure you stay within your budget.
Venue Selection & Management: Assistance in choosing the perfect venue that aligns with your vision, budget and guest list. Venue tours and contract review.
Vendor Sourcing & Management: Recommendation and selection of trusted vendors (venue, catering, photography, entertainment, florist, hairstylist, etc.). Negotiation of contracts, ensuring the best rates, and managing all vendor communications.
Wedding Design & Styling: Creative direction for your ceremony and reception, including décor, floral concepts, lighting and overall ambience. I work closely with you to shape the look and feel of your day, then collaborate with trusted professional suppliers who bring the design to life.
Timeline Creation: Creation of a comprehensive timeline for the entire event, from arrival to departure, ensuring every moment is accounted for. Coordination of rehearsal and all pre-event meetings.
Guest List & RSVP Management: Help with creating and organizing your guest list, sending out invitations and tracking RSVPs.
Wedding Day Coordination: Please note that I offer half‑day coordination up until you arrive at your chosen venue, where I hand over to the Master of Ceremonies or the venue coordinator.
