My Partial Wedding Planning service is for couples who have already started planning their wedding but need professional assistance with specific aspects. Whether it’s help finalizing details, managing vendors or ensuring everything is running on time, I’m here to step in and bring it all together.
Services Included:
Vendor Management & Coordination: Help with finding and finalizing vendors you haven’t yet booked. Liaison with existing vendors to ensure everything is set and organized. Reviewing contracts and ensuring all details are confirmed with each vendor.
Budget Assistance: Review of your existing budget and suggestions for optimization. Assistance in managing payments, ensuring vendors are paid on time and adjusting the budget if needed.
Event Design & Styling Guidance: Support in finalizing your wedding design and décor, including recommendations for themes, colour schemes and creative details. I work closely with you to shape the look and feel of your day, then collaborate with trusted professional suppliers who bring the design to life.
Timeline Development: Assistance in finalizing the wedding timeline. Coordinating with vendors to ensure that everything runs on time and in sequence.
Please note that on‑the‑day coordination is not included in this service. Before the wedding, I provide you with all agreed details and supplier information so you have everything clearly organised and ready to manage on the day.
