Firstly, complete my online Initial Consultation Form. This helps me understand your ideas, priorities, and the atmosphere you imagine for your wedding. With this information, I can arrive at our first meeting fully prepared, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
2. Our First Consultation
We’ll meet in person for a relaxed conversation at Yellow Wood Café, where you can get a feel for how I work while I walk you through tailored options, potential suppliers and ideas that match your vision. This way, you can explore possibilities, ask questions, and see whether my approach feels right for you, all without pressure.
3. Your Personalised Quote
After our meeting, I’ll prepare a clear, itemised quote. You’re welcome to decide on the spot or take your time at home to consider whether my approach feels right for you.
4. Booking & Payments
If you choose to work with me, a non‑refundable 10% deposit secures your date. From that point, I begin planning, starting with booking your venue as soon as possible. Payments are made in three instalments:
- 10% to begin
- 40% halfway to your wedding date
- 50% four weeks before the wedding
The process is similar for partial wedding planning. For wedding planning advice only, payment is made after the consultation.
5. Guidance Throughout
I act as your trusted planning partner, managing the details and offering expert advice at every stage. You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and where your options lie.
6. A Seamless Celebration
On the day itself, I ensure everything runs smoothly by coordinating all suppliers and overseeing the setup. I provide half‑day coordination up until you arrive at your chosen venue, where I hand over to the Master of Ceremonies or venue coordinator, so the rest of your day continues seamlessly.
